Additionally, the developer will construct the <br /> improvements saving the City time and expenses of managing the project. The City will <br /> reimburse the Owner construction and inspection costs for installation of the main. <br /> Funding for this project is available in the Water Fund. <br /> Attachments <br /> 1.
