Consistent with the approved Prescott Lakes Park Master Plan the <br /> following are some of the amenities to be included in the park: <br /> 50 foot event ramada <br /> Two restrooms <br /> Turf play area <br /> Parking for 40 spaces <br /> Sand volleyball court <br /> Basketball court <br /> Small playground area <br /> Vista trail-head parking <br /> Viewing stations along natural surface trail <br /> Landscaping <br /> The listed improvements appear on the attached Illustrative Plan that was presented at <br /> a public meeting and approved by Council in 2002. <br /> 1 <br />
