III - �--1 -1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 4552 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PRESCOTT, <br /> YAVAPAI COUNTY, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE ZONING OF THAT CERTAIN <br /> PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL NO. 106-20-23 LOCATED NORTH OF <br /> LAKEVIEW DRIVE AND WEST OF BROKEN SPEAR FROM SF-35 TO SF-18 IN THE <br /> CITY OF PRESCOTT <br /> RECITALS: <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of certain properties within the corporate limits of the City of <br /> Prescott has requested a rezoning of its property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Prescott has held <br /> public hearings regarding said rezoning, subject to certain conditions; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Prescott has determined that it would be <br /> in the best interest of public necessity, interest, convenience or general welfare to rezone <br /> certain properties; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requirements of Section 9.15 of the City of Prescott Land <br /> Development Code have been complied with. <br /> ENACTMENTS: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PRESCOTT AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. THAT, the following described parcel of land, generally located North <br /> of Lakeview Drive and West of Broken Spear in the City of Prescott, Parcel <br /> No. 106-20-23 Prescott, Yavapai County, Arizona, consisting of approximately 3.1 acres <br /> shall be and is hereby reclassified from the Single Family Residential SF-35 to Single <br /> Family Residential SF-18, to wit: <br /> Lot 13, WILLOW CREEK HEIGHTS, according to the plat of record in the office of <br /> Yavapai County Recorder, Book 7 of Maps, page 60. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of Prescott this <br /> 29th day of August, 2006. <br /> ROWLE P.
