The department seeks and is committed to creating an <br />organizational culture consistent with and aligned with its members and values, characterized by: <br />A. By 2023, members will experience leadership messages, behaviors, and beliefs consistent with <br />our customer-focused culture. <br />o Strategic Issue Impact: <br />▪ Staffing and Infrastructure <br />▪ Community Growth <br />▪ Resource Viability <br />▪ Workforce Development <br />o Key Result Ownership: Office of the Chief <br />o Contributing Performance Group: <br />▪ Leadership and Management <br /> <br />B. By the end of FY2024, PFD will establish expectations and support systems for supervisors to <br />reward, manage, and promote organizational values and expectations. <br />o Strategic Issue Impact: <br />▪ Workforce Development <br />▪ Employee Development <br />o Key Result Ownership: Essential Services Section Chief <br />o Contributing Performance Group: <br />▪ Employee Development <br /> <br />C.
