9.F.c <br />('1TY0F PRESCOTT <br />Ls)c yl t Hawre t~,1 <br />City Contract No. 2019-069 <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Design & Engineering Services <br />For Fiscal Years 2019-2023 <br />DIBBLE & ASSOCIATES CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Prescott (hereinafter referred to as "City") is in need of certain services; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City has solicited Requests for Qualifications in accordance with local and State <br />Law; and <br />WHEREAS, Dibble & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc, dba DIBBLE ENGINEERING <br />(hereinafter referred to as "Consultant"), has expertise in Airport Design and Engineering <br />Services. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF THE COVENANTS HEREIN CONTAINED, and <br />for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby <br />acknowledged by each party to the other, it is hereby agreed as follows: <br />1. That Consultant shall provide those services to the City in relation to the Design and <br />Engineering Services for Fiscal Years 2019-2023 on an as -needed basis, as indicated in <br />Exhibit "A" (General Scope of Services) at the Prescott Municipal Airport, and as requested <br />by the City of Prescott Airport Staff. <br />2. In addition to those services identified in Paragraph 1 above, the Consultant shall also <br />perform all subordinate tasks not specifically referenced in Paragraph 1, but necessary to <br />the full and effective performance of the tasks specifically referenced. <br />3.
