As part of these discussions, Airport based facilities were <br />discussed. During these discussions, Guidance Helicopters Inc. agreed to sublease <br />their facility known as the "MacCurdy Building" located at the Prescott Municipal <br />Airport. In support of this partnership, staff is seeking approval of both the sublease of <br />the MacCurdy Building and the ten-year extension of the master agreement (Contract <br />N. 2011-003A1). <br />Thus, this item proposes to amend City Contract No. 2011-003A1, which removes the <br />two, five year extensions and immediately extends the lease term with Guidance <br />Helicopters Inc. by ten years, ending on July 12, 2030. Additionally this item seeks <br />approval of Guidance Helicopter's request to enter into a sublease with Eviation Aircraft <br />Inc. for the property known as the MacCurdy Building. <br />Attachments <br />1.
