If there is a decision to allow in parks or parking lots, it would re- <br />quire a contractual agreement or permit processes with the food truck vendor. <br />Councilman Blair said since APS has moved out of their downtown yard, there is a great <br />access with a hard surface where vendor trucks could energize the whole downtown. A <br />release of property may be considered for accessibility. This would be great to de- <br />velop this area. <br />Mr. Lamar said everyone is engaged and excited about updating the green belt between <br />the two parks. There is now concentration in north Prescott. Outreach will need to be <br />done for the brick and mortar stores. <br />Councilman Sischka mentioned the concern for competition with brick and mortar <br />outreach. <br />Mr. Quezada said downtown is lacking outside eating experiences. In order to start <br />this, a couple of events could be hosted at Granite Park. <br />Citizen Sandra Smith said the trail has been extended further south from Mile High <br />Middle School to White Spar. They almost have clearance through the Veteran Affairs <br />to Prescott Valley which is underway but not very many people know about it. <br />Parks and Recreation Director Joe Baynes said they are working on many trail connec- <br />tors out to the Peavine Trail. <br />Mr. Quezada suggested having a map at all of the trailhead's. <br />4.
