be asserted against SELLERS as a result of BUYER's entry onto the Property and <br /> inspection or testing thereof. BUYER shall, after its entry and testing, restore the <br /> Property to substantially the same condition that existed prior to such entry and <br /> testing. <br /> 13.Time Periods. Except as otherwise provided, the time for performance of any <br /> obligation under this Agreement shall be deemed to expire at 5:00 p.m., Arizona <br /> time, on the last day of the applicable time period. If the time for performance <br /> expires on a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, the time shall be extended to the <br /> next business day. <br /> 14.Conflict of Interest. This Agreement is subject to cancellation by the City of <br /> Prescott, without penalty or further obligation, pursuant to A.R.S.§ 38-511, if any <br /> person significantly involved in initiating, negotiating, securing, drafting, or creating <br /> this Agreement on behalf of the City is, at any time during the Agreement, an <br /> employee, agent or consultant of any other party to the Agreement. <br /> 15.Entire Agreement.
