The P & Z Commission had 21 conditions. Some of the conditions were the <br /> result of the P & Z Commission and the results caused some modifications to comply <br /> with recommendations. The master plan shall comply with the City Land Development Code (LDC) within the g <br /> Specially Planned Community (SPC) zoning as approved with amendments.
