The goals included: Stabilizing the x <br /> General Fund, Economic Development, Quality of Life, and Service-Oriented Culture. c <br /> Mayor Oberg introduced Barry Aarons who was the moderator for the session. Council N <br /> reviewed the four goals to see if the strategies needed changed, updated or refined.
