Agenda Item: Adoption of Ordinance Nos. 4917-1455 and 4918-1456 implementing revised water <br /> and wastewater utility rates and making related amendments to the Prescott City Code <br /> Councilwoman Wilcox has proposed to change the description of the proposed Aquifer <br /> Protection Fee to Watershed Protection Fee, and that specific uses of this fund be <br /> defined to incorporate the recommendations made by Chuck Budinger at the November <br /> 18, 2014 Public Hearing. <br /> Schedule <br /> If adopted, the attached Ordinances will implement utility rate adjustments for the three <br /> (3) years beginning January 1, 2015. The new rates will be reflected in customer bills <br /> beginning in February 2015. <br /> Attachments <br /> 1. Ordinance No. 4917-1455 <br /> 2. Exhibits for Ordinance No. 4917-1455 <br /> 3.
