Whenever one party to this agreement damages property <br /> which is the subject of this agreement,that party will be solely responsible for repairs and <br /> replacement. <br /> TERM OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a <br /> term of three (3) years and shall be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year <br /> periods thereafter unless written notice of termination pursuant to Council or Board <br /> action is delivered to the other party no later than May 1st of the year preceding the <br /> desired termination of this Agreement. <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agreement to be executed <br /> by their duly authorized officials on the aforementioned date. <br /> The previous MOU between our agencies will be vacated when this Agreement becomes <br /> effective. <br /> If you concur with the above statements and there is no need for further discussion, <br /> please indicate your acknowledgement of the contents of this MOU by signing below and <br /> returning an original to me, reversing an original for yourself.
