Agenda Item: Public Hearing and Resolution No. 3974-0980 <br /> In November 2005 voters approved the "Home Rule Option" that requires the City <br /> Council establish the spending limit each year as part of the budget process. This <br /> resolution includes establishment of the Expenditure Limit for FY10 at $180,818,693.00. <br /> Attached for your review and consideration are: <br /> • Resolution No. 3974-0980 <br /> • FY10 Budget Forms <br /> • City's Complete Job Roster and Pay Scale <br /> • Unfunded Capital Projects <br /> At a July 14, 2009 Special Meeting the Council will consider the FY10 property tax levy. <br /> Recommended Action: (1) MOVE to close the public hearing; and (2) MOVE to adopt <br /> Resolution No. 3974-0980. <br /> 2 <br />
