That the center's architecture be the same or a compatible thence as <br />the depot. <br />7. That the north and west sides of all buildings facing Granite Creek <br />Park and Montezuma Extension have architectural treatment consistent <br />with the front sides. Also, Hoard of Adjustment approval will <br />determine appropriate screening along the north property line. <br />8.
