Agenda Item: Award of bid for the FY 2013 Pavement Rehabilitation Project to <br /> Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $1,689,376.85. <br /> City water and sewer facilities within the various street segments were evaluated and <br /> checked against the City Water and Sewer Models to confirm no immediate need for <br /> upgrade of the systems. UniSource Gas also performed leak detection survey within <br /> the project limits to perform any necessary repairs prior to the pavement rehabilitation. <br /> Bid Results <br /> A mandatory pre-bid meeting was held on June 6, 2012; three bids were received on <br /> June 28, 2012, as follows: <br /> Bidder Location Total Bid <br /> Asphalt Paving & Supply, Inc.
