Presentation of Resolution of Commendation to outgoing Councilman Len <br /> Scamardo and related comments. <br /> Mayor Kuykendall thanked Councilman Lamerson for his work as Mayor <br /> Pro Tern the past two years. He read correspondence that he received <br /> that day to reinstate Councilman Scamardo as Vice Chairman of the <br /> Planning and Zoning Commission from Tom Menser, Chairman. <br /> Councilman Lamerson presented the resolution to Councilman <br /> Scamardo. Councilman Scamardo thanked the Council for their <br /> confidence in him and thanked the staff for their helpfulness. <br /> C. Presentation of Resolution of Commendation to past Councilwoman Lora <br /> Lopas and related comments. <br /> Councilman Lamerson read the resolution for Lora Lopas. <br /> C. Presentation of Resolution of Commendation and Plaque to outgoing <br /> Councilwoman Mary Ann Suttles and related comments. <br /> Councilman Lamerson said his life had been made a lot easier the past <br /> eight years because Councilwoman Suttles made sure that he got to <br /> where he had to go, if he could not drive, due to his multiple sclerosis. He <br /> then read the resolution and presented the plaque to Councilwoman <br /> Suttles. <br /> Councilwoman Suttles noted that she had served with four mayors and <br /> said the past eight years had been a pleasure. She said she was most <br /> proud of the completion of the parking garage, the purchase of the Big <br /> Chino Water Ranch, the Rodeo Grounds, the Regional Communications <br /> Center, the Central Garage, remodeling the Rowle P. Simmons Center, <br /> remodeling the Prescott Library and helping with Copper Basin and <br /> Iron Springs roads. She noted that the City employees had always been <br /> there for her and said they would be there for the new Council. <br /> D.
