November 22, 2011, as Arizona Centennial Day <br /> Councilman Hanna read the proclamation <br /> B. December 1, 2011, as World HIV/AIDS Awareness Day <br /> Councilman Scamardo read the proclamation and presented it to the <br /> representatives for World AIDS Day. <br /> One of the representatives noted that Ryan White's birthday would have <br /> been December 6, and he would have been 40 years old. He got AIDS <br /> from a blood transfusion as a kid and was not allowed to go to school <br /> because of the disease. <br /> He noted that on November 30, 2011, they would have a candlelight walk <br /> and a remembrance service at the Methodist Church. He said there would <br /> be a wreath auction at Monk's on December 1 and bands would be <br /> playing at Coyote Joe's on December 4th <br /> II. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> CONSENT ITEMS A - C LISTED BELOW MAY BE ENACTED BY ONE <br /> MOTION. ANY ITEM MAY BE REMOVED AND DISCUSSED IF A <br /> COUNCILMEMBER SO REQUESTS. <br /> COUNCILMAN LAMERSON MOVED TO APPROVE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> ITEMS II-A THROUGH II-C.; SECONDED BY COUNCILWOMAN SUTTLES; <br /> PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> A. Approval of payment to Yavapai County Elections Department in the <br /> amount of $45,913.30 for services provided for the Special Election held <br /> November 8, 2011. <br /> B. Authorization of payment to CRW for annual Technical Support and <br /> Software Maintenance Agreement for the Trak-It development permit <br /> tracking software in the amount of$12,300.00. <br /> C. Approval of the minutes of the November 1, 2011, Joint Workshop/Special <br /> Meeting, and the November 8, 2011, Regular Voting Meeting. <br />
