ORDINANCE NO. 4721-1018 PAGE 7 <br /> SECTION 7. THAT AN EMERGENCY IS HEREBY DECLARED TO EXIST AND <br />{ <br /> THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT FROM AND AFTER ITS <br /> PASSAGE, ADOPTION, AND APPROVAL BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PRESCOTT. <br /> SECTION 8. THAT, if any provision of this Ordinance is for any reason held by <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provision of portion hereof <br /> shall be deemed separate, distinct, and independent of all other provisions and such <br /> holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION 10.
