this Agreement or in the event a dispute arises concerning the meaning or interpretation of any <br /> provision of this Agreement, the sole remedies shall be as specified in paragraphs 15 and 16 <br /> respectively, herein. <br /> D. The captions and section numbers appearing in this Agreement are <br /> inserted only as a matter of convenience, and do not define, limit, construe or describe the scope <br /> or intent of such sections or articles of this Agreement nor in any way affect this Agreement. <br /> E. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which <br /> shall, for all purposes, be deemed an original and all of which, taken together, shall constitute <br /> one and the same agreement. <br /> F. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the <br /> parties hereto and their respective successors in interest and assigns; provided, however, that no <br /> assignment of this Agreement shall in any way relieve the assignor of its obligations hereunder. <br /> Buyer may assign its rights pursuant to this Agreement by giving written notice of such <br /> assignment to Seller and the Escrow Agent. <br /> G. This Agreement shall be construed and interpreted under, governed <br /> and enforced according to the laws of the State of Arizona. <br /> H. Cancellation in the Event of Conflict.
