LIBRARY SUPPORT AGREEMENT <br /> MEMBERSHIP IN THE YAVAPAI LIBRARY NETWORK <br /> The MEMBER LIBRARY may choose to have the DISTRICT withhold a portion of the contribution for <br /> special projects that will be funded by the DISTRICT through reimbursement. Monies not expended by <br /> the MEMBER LIBRARY at the end of the April shall be forfeit back to the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT <br /> shall withhold from the contribution the annual assessment as defined in Attachment—A. <br /> The annual contribution shall be distributed one-half in November and the balance in May less any <br /> withholding.
