Other tasks as directed by the Airport Director <br />A specific Scope of Services will be prepared for each project authorized by the CITY and <br />included in an "Authorization for Services." The CITY will provide written approval for each <br />"Authorization for Services" prior to any work commencing. <br />ARTICLE II TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />Individual Authorizations for Services will include times of performance for the work tasks <br />covered in said Authorizations. CONSULTANT will perform the services for individual <br />Authorizations for Services with reasonable diligence and expediency consistent with sound <br />professional practices. <br />ARTICLE III CHANGES IN WORK <br />Significant changes in the scope, character, or complexity of the work or services in addition to <br />those specified in the Scope of Services may be negotiated if the CITY determines that such <br />changes are desirable and necessary. No changes in scope of work or amendments to this <br />Agreement shall be made without prior written approval of the CITY, the Arizona Department of <br />Transportation's Multimodal Planning Division — Aeronautics Group (hereinafter "ADOT"), and <br />the Federal Aviation Administration (hereinafter "FAA"). CONSULTANT will supply fee <br />estimates for such additional services on request of the CITY. <br />ARTICLE IV PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN AND FORM OF INVOICING <br />For each Authorization for Services, the CONSULTANT shall develop a Project Management <br />Plan and baseline for tracking and updating progress on the project schedule and budget, <br />unless other authorized by the City. The CONSULTANT shall develop and use the agreed upon <br />work breakdown structure based on the contract fee schedule and which identifies activity tasks <br />along with their associated dates, end dates and budgets for the project. The baseline data will <br />be submitted for City approval within 10 days of the date on which the Authorization for Services <br />is signed and delivered by the parties hereto. <br />The baseline and progress data will be used to verify CONSULTANT performance in <br />relationship to fees claimed and to allow the City Project Manager to monitor the Consultant's <br />efforts. The CONSULTANT shall be responsible for any updates to these schedules and for <br />documenting in writing to the City any major deviations in the actual versus estimated projected <br />time frames.
