The Consultant shall submit all reports and special <br /> requests through the Contract Administrator. p <br /> 3.2 TERM OF CONTRACT <br /> U <br /> to <br /> The Contract initial term is established for a term commencing on the date of execution <br /> and ending June 30, 2018, with automatic renewals, unless otherwise terminated by <br /> either party, for four (4) additional one-year terms. Consultant shall provide services <br /> under the contract for specific project assignments with a Task Order issued no later <br /> than the final day of the effective Contract terms. <br /> 3.3 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT <br /> 0 <br /> U <br /> The City has the right to terminate this Contract or abandon any portion of the project, <br /> which has not been performed by the Consultant. <br /> Termination for Convenience: City and Consultant reserve the right to terminate this re <br /> contract or any part hereof for its sole convenience with thirty (30) days written notice. <br /> In the event of such termination, Consultant shall immediately stop all work hereunder, E <br /> r <br /> and shall immediately cause any of its suppliers and Sub-consultants to cease such work. <br /> As compensation in full for services performed to the date of such termination, the <br /> Consultant shall receive a fee for the percentage of services actually completed. This fee <br /> shall be in the amount to be mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and the City, based <br /> on the agreed Scope of Work and the value to the City of the services completed.
