The provisions of this Ordinance are declared to be severable, and if <br />any section, sentence, clause, term, condition or phrase of this <br />Ordinance shall for any reason be held to be invalid or <br />unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining sections, sentences, clauses, terms, conditions or phrases <br />of this Ordinance, but they shall remain in effect, it being the <br />legislative intent that this Ordinance small stand notwithstanding <br />the invalidity of any part. <br />10. The conditions of this Ordinance do not supersede or relieve the <br />developer from the conditions of the property transfer agreement <br />related to the transfer of the Santa Fe Depot portion of the site to <br />the developer from the City. <br />SECTION 3.
