Burke. <br /> The Prescott City Council reconvened into Open Session at 5:56 p.m. at <br /> which time, COUNCILMAN BELL MOVED TO AMEND THE <br /> EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH ELIZABETH A BURKE BY GIVING <br /> HER A 3% SALARY INCREASE; SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN <br /> ROECKER; PASSED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> There being no further business to be discussed, the Regular Voting Meeting of the <br /> Prescott City Council held on October 28, 2008 adjourned at 5:56 p.m. <br /> JACK D.
