The City Charter requires and ordinance for the sale of surplus <br /> City property (attached). <br /> Financial Impact <br /> The auction proceeds will be distributed to the applicable fund for each piece of <br /> equipment. <br /> Recommended Action: MOVE to adopt Ordinance No.4842-1241. <br />
