In order to proceed with firm pricing and a detailed electrical design, a 100% <br /> set of plans and submittals of equipment being install will be required. If added load <br /> above what has been submitted to APS at the time of this letter will void all <br /> estimates given in this letter. Phase 2,3,4,and 5 will require additional cost from APS <br /> to accommodate your future loads. <br /> APS will extend service in accordance with the Conditions Governina Extensions of <br /> Electric Distribution Lines and Services, Schedule # 3 and the Terms and Conditions <br /> for the Sale of Electric Service, Schedule # 1, on file with the Arizona Corporation <br /> Commission. <br /> I appreciate the opportunity to work with you and look forward to the successful <br /> completion of this project.
